The Service Process
How It Works
Submit the Request Form — Fill out the user form with your needs, preferred date/time, and language.
Matching with a Mate — We will match you with a suitable LingHop Mate based on your request.
Confirmation & Payment — Once matched, you'll receive a payment link to confirm the service.
Service Provided — Your Mate will accompany or assist you on the scheduled day.
Pricing System
On-site Support
¥1,000 per 30 minutes (¥2,000 for 1 hour)
Travel expenses charged separately at cost
Online Support
¥800 per 30 minutes (¥1,600 for 1 hour)
Extensions available in 30-minute increments
Payment is processed online in advance (via Stripe)
No cash payments accepted
